There can be few B&Bs located on the edge of a royal park, in the shadow of an ancient volcano and close to the parliament building of a major European capital. There can be even fewer B&Bs that offer all of this and close proximity to the sights and sounds of the city centre. Available during the Easter and Summer vacation periods, our campus is home to a number of different room types, including standard rooms with shared facilities, single or double en-suite rooms and deluxe twin en-suite rooms. The latter are located in Chancellor's Court, a beautifully designed contemporary building overlooking Holyrood Park . Indeed, some of our top floor rooms here have access to a balcony that brings Arthur's Seat almost within touching distance.

All of our rooms offer tea and coffee making facilities and a telephone; Chancellor's Court bedrooms have a television as standard. Included in the price is a full Scottish breakfast, served in the bright, welcoming surroundings of the John McIntyre Centre.

Our newest facility Salisbury Green Hotel opened in June 2006 and is available all year round. This 18th century mansion has been painstakingly refurbished to maintain all of the period features of such a stunning building. Finished to a 4* standard, the hotel boasts some 36 individual rooms some of which are real talking points!
