Monturpie Guest House is situated at Leven in Fife with an elevated position with fantastic views over the Firth of Forth.
We have four lovely en suite rooms available – 2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms. All rooms have the facilities you would expect from a 3 crown establishment as well as stunning views from all rooms.

Our homely lounge and recently extended conservatory offers stunning views across the Forth estuary which can be enjoyed whilst sampling the Monturpie menu. The restaurant is fully licenced and is open Wednesday to Sunday.
We are ideally situated just a short drive from St Andrews and the East Neuk of Fife; Edinburgh is only a 45 minute drive away with the rest of Scotland to explore at your leisure. With the Kingdom of Fife being a haven for world class golf courses and no shortage of tourist attractions and activities you will not struggle in finding something to cater for all tastes.
