A unique feature of the house is the Captain's Room, on the top floor. This was the special domain of the original owner of the house, a Tea Clipper Captain called Smith, who Text taken from thebandbdirectory.co.uk made the room into the replica of a ship master's cabin, with its small east facing window looking towards Anstruther, where he could see the tea clippers and the fishing fleet in the harbour. Now centrally heated (like the rest of the house), and with its own private bathroom, The Captain's Room is especially popular with couples of all ages, providing attractive, comfortable and particularly memorable accommodation.
Relax in our comfortable guest lounge, with the daily papers, small library, games and information on what to see and do in the surrounding area. We are licensed to sell alcohol and have a wide selection of local and Scottish beers, wines and over 25 malt whiskies for you to try.
We serve a delicious breakfast every morning between 8.00 to 9.00am. We use the best local ingredients possible. We pride ourselves on providing excellent value and quality. Our also offer a dinner menu by prior arrangement.
