Castleview Guest House is a late 19 Century Victorian house situated on the bank of the River Ness, Castle View Guesthouse is ideally situated in the centre of Inverness, with breathtaking views of the Castle across the River Ness.

Inverness High Street and Station are only five minutes walk away, and the Guesthouse is in close proximity to a number of good restaurants. The excellent Riva and Rocpool are both directly below us.

The rooms are spacious warm and comfortable with high ceilings and central heating.

All rooms have showers, some are en-suite including the family room. The dining room is particularly well appointed with large window overlooking the River.

All rooms have Tea and Coffee making facilities, Remote Control Video Colour Televisions with a large selection of popular film video's available to borrow. Daily newspapers are supplied free and hairdryers, ironing facilities, drying room and trouser pressing can be arranged.

Enjoy a traditional Scottish breakfast served in our comfortable dining room, overlooking the River Ness. Our food is purchased fresh on a daily basis, using local produce wherever possible. We can also provide vegetarian alternatives and continental style breakfasts.

There are plenty of take-aways close by and a Tesco Supermarket within a five minute walk.
