Ours is a modern self built family home situated in a quiet tree lined lane just off of the A80 Cumbernauld Road in Stepps, Glasgow. We offer bed and breakfast accommodation using 3 bedrooms and a fully functional and modern self catering flat.

All rooms have colour TV, radio/alarm, compliments tray, hair dryer, fridge, iron and microwave.

We offer affordable bed and breakfast accommodation in the immediate outskirts of Glasgow : European City of Culture 1990. The B & B provides an idyllic rural location, benefiting either a short stay or weekend break for people visiting Glasgow and its surrounding areas. Visitors can easily travel via car, taxi, bus or train to many of cities' main attractions, night life and shopping districts

Our home has three bedrooms available to guests for Bed & Breakfast, these are detailed below. All of our rooms are Non Smoking and to ensure your stay is a comfortable and pleasant one, they are fully equipped with a colour TV/DVD, radio/alarm, compliments tray, and hairdryer. Fridge, microwave and iron are available for guest's use. All charges include a generous self-service continental style breakfast. Special diets catered for if at all possible, prior notice please.

Room 1 : This is a single room with private facilities.
Room 2 : This is twin room with ensuite facilities.
Room 3 : This is a double/twin or family room with ensuite facilities.

Rates : From £27.50 to £50 per room per night based on 2 people sharing.
