Bayview's modernized accommodation consists of two large bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. Each room can sleep three adults - ideal for golf or walking groups or as a family room for two adults and two children. Tea and coffee making facilities, radio, TV, DVD & video are provided in each room. A free public car park is located adjacent to the house.
Kingston is ideally located on the coast of the Moray Firth, near to the mouth of the river Spey, with a host of attractions nearby offering something of interest to everyone. The local area is popular with golfers, fishermen, bird watchers, walkers and cyclists, there are also local stables that cater for horse riding.
Kingston - on - Spey was founded in 1784 and named after Kingston - upon - Hull in Yorkshire. Dodsworth & Osborne, shipbuilders from Hull established shipyards at Kingston capable of building boats up to 500 tons with masts 60 ft high. In the early 1800's, Clipper ships were built here to service the tea trade from India. At nearby Spey Bay, The Tugnet Ice House, built in 1830, remains on view as a monument to the Salmon Fishing Station industry. The Moray Wildlife Centre - part of the Dolphin & Whale Conservation Society is also situated in Spey Bay. Further inland is the World Famous Whisky Trail with many distilleries located in Moray.

Garmouth & Kingston Golf Club is a 18 hole links course that borders the river Spey. All visitors are welcome and guests at Bayview can enjoy "Free Golf "as part of all our Golf & B&B package starting from £35 pp pn.. Discounted golf is also available at four other local courses.
Fishing Salmon have been fished from the mouth of the River Spey since prehistoric times. The River Spey is less than a mile from Bayview. It offers the choice of both sea and fresh water fishing for trout and salmon; permits can be purchased locally in Fochabers.
Walking As part of the East Coast Trail, Kingston is ideally located; to the east at Spey Bay is where followers of the Speyside Way long distance footpath finally reaches the sea. To the west, the large semi wilderness of the of the Lossie Forest stretches for over 5 miles along the coast to Lossiemouth.
