Glenvar B & B is situated in the middle of Perthshire at Blairgowrie, which is known as the 'Perfect Centre', and it is! Only 90 minutes easy drive away from Glasgow and Edinburgh, it is another country, a taste of the true Scotland where the welcome is as warm and heartfelt as the people.

If you want to explore the real Scotland then come to Blairgowrie. All that you could need or want is in easy reach for a romantic escape, a country trek, or a high adrenaline rush in various outdoor activities.

Glenvar was originally a traditional 19th century cottage, but with alterations it now forms a larger and much more comfortable house in which to welcome you.

Glenvar was opened by Jean and Robert Wilson in October 2002. It has two double rooms and a single room, all fully ensuite. Your room has been attractively decorated and finished to a high standard.

Enjoy our sunny conservatory, where breakfast is served at a time to suit you whilst looking out over our flowery garden to the rear, which you are welcome to make use of. Breakfast gives a varied selection and generous servings from a full Scottish, fish or something simple to start your day.
