The Courtyard offers guests a choice of B&B and Self Catering. 

For bed and breakfast  we offer a wing of our lovely home to guests, with private entrance off the garden. For Self Catering, our newly converted stables offer quality and comfort. With all the amenities you would expect to find in a self catering property.

However, unlike any other self catering accommodation, we can also provide a full Scottish breakfast served in our large dining room with log burning fire or a continental breakfast in your own private suite. The choice is yours traditional B&B and Self Catering, or a private apartment with breakfast served every morning!

Located halfway between Perth and Dundee just off the A90 in the picturesque Carse of Gowrie, this is the perfect base from which to see a large and varied area of Scotland.

If you are only in the area for a short time, we offer a wing of our lovely home to guests. With private entrance off the garden. Each B&B room has a sitting room with a large double sofa bed, bedroom with King-Size or twin beds and their own en-Suite bathroom. Guests can enjoy our lounge and breakfast served in our large dining room.
