Bedroom Suite 2: First floor: Hallway with bathroom and over-bath shower, basin and W.C; large bedroom with balcony facing south and twin beds, which can be made up as a king-size; two additional single beds in hall; comfortable chairs; desk; TV; coffee/tea facilities; electric blankets; hairdryer.

Bedroom Suite 3: First Floor: Hallway with shower room; large bedroom with twin beds which can be made up as a king-size; additional single bed in hall; comfortable chairs; desk; TV; coffee/tea facilities; electric blankets; hairdryer.

Bedroom 4: First Floor: A small room with single bed and private adjacent shower room. TV; coffee/tea facilities; hairdryer.

Bedroom Suite 5: Ground floor suite: Twin or king size beds; door to garden; private shower room and dressing room; TV; coffee/tea facilities, electric blankets, hairdryer.

Facilities: Sitting/dining room; industrial size washing machine and dryer; double sink; hot cupboard; local maps and books; selection of games; access to fax and internet; satellite TV; VCR; telephone; refrigerator; microwave; iron and ironing board.

Outside: Ample parking spaces, garage equipment and workshop, large garden with barbeque and garden furniture.

Dogs: are permitted in the house but not in the dining room - please bring pet beds.

Horses: grazing can be provided in paddocks close to the house. £7.50 per horse per night.

Fishing: coarse fishing on our private loch available at no charge.

Walkers and Cyclists: washing and drying facilities available and safe storage for bicycles.

Rates : From £25 to £40 per person per night. From £50 to £80 per room per night based on 2 people sharing.
