Richard and Pamela Betts enjoy welcoming guests to their Grade II listed farmhouse bed & breakfast accommodation in the pretty Berkshire village of Hampstead Norreys. 21st-century comforts include a splendid ensuite with whirlpool bath, and a luxurious annexe apartment, also suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Easily accessible from the M4 or A34, Manor Farm House offers a very high standard of accommodation in a ground floor annexe and two double rooms in the main house.

Richard, the chef, will serve a full English or continental breakfast, between 7.30 and 9.00am, in the beautiful oak-panelled dining room. Choices available include locally produced bacon and sausages, and eggs laid by our free-ranging farmyard hens.

Rates : From £40 to £47 per person per night. From £65 to £76.37 per room per night based on 2 people sharing. Family room from £85 to £100 per night.
Children under 9 yrs will be included in the family room rate.
