Seaspray B & B, Hastings, East Sussex

Seaspray B & B is a large spacious victorian bed and breakfast, recently refurbished to a very high standard, situated on Hastings promenade 100 metres west of the pier. The front of the house has panoramic views of the seafront and the English Channel.

Within 5 minutes level walk from all local amenities, the White Rock Theatre, pier and town centre. There are also bowling greens, museums, pubs, restaurants, town centre tourist attractions and two main-line train stations (St Leonards Warrior Square and Hastings) nearby.

All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, hot and cold water, colour TVs, ceiling fans, central heating and double glazing. All double and twin rooms have en-suite shower room/WC and are large enough to take extra beds/cot by prior arrangement. Single rooms share bathroom.
There is a BT pay phone and hair dryers/ironing facilities are available on request. Children are welcome and a cot and high chair are available if required. There is also a baby listening service by prior arrangement

We are able to provide 2 hour parking permits for guests to enable on-street parking outside (details on request). There is also a large underground car park with CCTV a few yards away or "pay and display" on street parking.

Rates : From £28 to £45 per person per night. From £55 to £70 per room per night. Children are welcome.
No smoking. Sorry, no pets.
