Paskins Town House, Brighton, East Sussex

Paskins is a Town House is a hotel that has rather gone its own way. Not so much boutique, more eclectic, a ‘green’ Town House forging its own direction.
After checking in at the unusual Art Nouveau reception you will find charming rooms all slightly out of the ordinary, each is very individual in design and all very comfortable. Your tea or coffee in the room will be fair trade and the soaps and shampoos vegan, natural and not tested on animals.
Famous for being environmentally friendly this can be best sampled through the delicious breakfasts, prepared with mainly organic produce or sourced mostly from local farms.
The Art Deco breakfast room has a menu of celebrated choice; including a brilliant full English Breakfast and a variety of imaginative vegetarian and vegan dishes. Lovely toast from organic bread sourced from a local baker, home made marmalade and freshly baked croissants, toasted bagels and cream cheese, ducks eggs and so on; if you stayed for two weeks you couldn’t have sampled all our breakfast cuisine.
Paskins is one of those enticing harbours you dream of when planning a trip; recognisable, slightly different, comfortable and feel good. Its the sort of place you leave thinking you will always want to return.
