Rowland House, Brighton is an independent homestay set in a Victorian Brighton terrace one block back from Brighton’s famous seafront, just off the Kemptown shopping area. It is just one minute walk to the seafront, eight minutes from the Royal Pavilion, Sea Life Centre, nightlife, Famous shopping Lanes and pier, fifteen minutes to The Dome and Brighton Conference and Exhibition Centre.

All rooms have private shower with wash basin, T.V, alarm clocks and courtesy tea and coffee. Toilets are situated on all landings and keys are provided for access at all times without restrictions.
