George IV Guest House, Brighton, East Sussex

George is a period townhouse offering fantastic sea views across one of Brighton's finest squares. Sue and Steve are a period twosome providing a friendly and informal atmosphere.

We have wonderful sea-view rooms, all beautifully decorated and extremely spacious, including a balcony room which takes everyone's breath away. The rooms at the back are really nice too. The AA made a point of complimenting our housekeeping on their last visit so the rooms are pretty spotless, as well as being en-suite.

Seven double or triple rooms are available, four of which have stupendous views of the sea and pier. These include a stunning balcony room for those who really want to spoil themselves. We also have a large single room.

All rooms are en-suite and have tea- and coffee-making facilities. Fresh milk can be provided on request.

Rates : From £32.50 to £60 per person per night. From £60 to £130 per room per night based on 2 people sharing.
