Stream House is ideally situated midway between Rye and Hastings.
The house is surrounded by unspoilt countryside, yet only a mile from the beaches at Pett Level and Winchelsea and the panoramic cliff walks at Fairlight.

Originally three cottages it is thought to have been used by smugglers in days gone by. The house is full of character with oak beams and inglenook fireplaces with log fires in winter

The well stocked garden covers three acres with a meandering stream crossed by a small wooden bridge. There is a rose arbour and Koi pond creating a haven for wildlife and many species of birds. There is ample parking within the grounds.

Whatever your interests there is something for you close by: country houses, castles, leisure pursuits, peaceful drives down leafy lanes to sleepy villages with thatched and timbered houses, ancient churches and rural pubs with an atmosphere from a by-gone age.
