Scotland Farm Bed & Breakfast, Hawkley, Petersfield, Hampshire

Scotland Farm is a bed and breakfast situated in the very beautiful countryside of East Hampshire at Hawkley, a true Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Runner up Best B&B Tourism South East Excellence Awards 2007.

Scotland Farm Bed and Breakfast is a quiet working beef farm on the edge of its own fields and woodland with wonderful views to the South Downs. It is off the beaten track but surprisingly close to main communication routes with central London being less than an hour away, by road or rail - an ideal place to stay for business or pleasure.

Guests will find a warm, friendly welcome and relaxed atmosphere where they can escape from the pressures of the outside world and discover the calm of the countryside.

There are four guest bedrooms, offering a choice of ground floor accommodation for a maximum of six people. The rooms are situated around a courtyard with views of the countryside beyond. Each is equipped with satellite TV and wireless internet access (WIFI access is free), has underfloor heating and tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are individually decorated and named after the farm's original 19th century field names - Hangers, Drakes, Snailing and Farewells.

There is a guest sitting room with log fire and overnight stabling for horses is available.

There is a real ale pub nearby which serves local food for lunch & supper.
