Quiet and comfortable self-contained accommodation in a beautifully furnished Town House within the ‘village’ of St.Cross and walking distance to the City centre either via the historical buildings of Winchester College and the Cathedral or by the river through the tranquil water meadows.
We offer our guests:
Privacy with their own entrance, dining room and use of a small guest's sitting room with open fire and television.
En-suite bathrooms each with bath and shower, w.c. and basin.
Bedrooms with their own colour television, tea and coffee making facilities, radio/alarm clock and hair dryer.
Delicious breakfasts with choice of menu.
One half of the house is devoted to our Bed & Breakfast guests - the front door opens into the dining hall where breakfast is served and also on the ground floor there is a private sitting room for our guests and access to the garden.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms - a double with en-suite bathroom and a slightly smaller twin bedded room also with en-suite bathroom.
Each bedroom is equipped with television, tea and coffee making facilities, a clock/radio and hair dryer. The guest’s sitting room, with television, video, music centre, books and games also has an open fire.
Guests may help themselves to drinks from the tray in the dining room where there is an ‘honesty box’ for contributions!
Fizzy is a Constance Spry trained cook - breakfasts are delicious with a choice of menu!
Rates : Single occupancy from £54 to £60 per night.
From £75 to £80 per room per night based on 2 people sharing.
Children aged 7 and above are welcome.
