Tangley Hall is surrounded by wonderful countryside, with many scenic walks along bridleways and footpaths through farmland, woods and meadows, and the pretty villages of Chawton and its connection with Jane Austen, Selborne and Tisted. Farringdon is part of the newest National Park, The South Downs.
Our aim is to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible with added extras like pure Egyptian cotton sheets and duvet covers, soft white towels, bathrobes, tea or coffee on arrival and a warm friendly atmosphere to put you completely at ease and help you relax.
Both rooms have a Colour TV, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, coffee and tea making facilities (with fresh milk if required) and mineral water.
Our dining room has a toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge for anyone to have something first thing in the morning. A delicious cooked breakfast is served using organic and local products when available. Bread is baked daily and home-made jams and marmalade are served whenever possible or a substantial continental breakfast can be served, which includes home-baked bread, freshly baked croissants.
We have a tennis court on site that guests may use.
Farringdon is a pretty village on the A32 just south of Alton in Hampshire. It is situated in the new South Downs National Park.
