The Fawley offers comfortable and friendly family run bed and breakfast accommodation in the small seaside town of Shanklin on the Garden Island, the Isle of Wight. A three-storey, turn of the century building with beamed ceilings and other character features, The Fawley is within three minutes' walk of the beach, and five minutes walk of the Old Village and railway station.

We have a number of double, twin, triple and family rooms available all with en-suite facilities. All our rooms are newly refurbished and offer the following facilities. Colour TV's, radio alarm clocks, hairdryers and tea and coffee making facilities with complimentary biscuits.
