Rockstone Cottage Guest House built around 1790 is a charming cottage situated just a 3 minute walk from the coastal path & the clean sandy beach of Colwell Bay. There are lovely walks along the seafront or over the downs with views of the Needles. Route maps can be arranged, with different walks daily. We welcome walkers & cyclists & can provide storage for bikes. Riding stables, golf courses, leisure centre, a range of places to eat out & a bus route are all nearby.

We offer a high standard of accommodation in a quiet, friendly and relaxing atmosphere for adults only. All rooms are en-suite with tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryers, colour TV & free Wi-Fi. Our patio & lovely garden open to guests. All parts of the house & grounds are no-smoking areas. Served in our sunny dining room, our delicious breakfast menu includes quality local produce where possible.

Relaxing Reiki sessions & other therapies can be arranged. We have private off-road parking & we will happily arrange collection for foot passengers from the ferry at Yarmouth, just over two miles away.
