Orchardcroft Hotel, Shanklin, Isle of Wight

Orchardcroft Hotel is situated on the main avenue into Shanklin if you are coming from Newport. We offer excellent facilities for a hotel of our size, boasting a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, games room and secluded gardens.

Many of our guests return year after year because they can be assured of the best quality hospitality.

We have instigated a few changes this year. We hope they enhance our reputation. The bar is now open all day and we offer a bar menu from 12pm to 5.30pm and 7.30pm to 10pm. Most of our rooms are now designated Non-smoking, although we do maintain rooms for smokers. We also have No Smoking lounges.

We are a children friendly hotel and have several family rooms. We can supply baby alarms, nappy bins and changing mats, travel cots and bottle warming facilities.

We allow dogs at the hotel at no extra charge, but do ask that you ensure that they are well behaved and that you provide something for them to sleep/lay on...dog hair really is a pain.

We are designated as "cycle friendly" by the tourist board and can provide secure lock-up for cycles and various repair kits.

We can supply off road parking for up to 12 cars in our carpark.

Our Swimming pool is covered and heated to 84'degrees. It is 35foot long, 3ft at the shallow end and 7 at the deep end. There are patios at either end and on nice days we can slide back the end panels for that real summer feel.

The pool is open from 10am in the morning until dusk, but we can open it up earlier if you prefer. We do not provide a lifeguard so adults must accompany small children.
