Is a family home situated at the southern end of the beautiful Elham Valley in the quiet village of Etchinghill yet is only a few minutes away from the little known rear entrance to the Channel Tunnel.

Our local. The New Inn is 300 yards/275 metres away and they serve excellent meals.

Etchinghill also boasts an 18 hole golf course.

Dover ferries and the cruise teminal are 20 minutes away. Historic Canterbury is also about 20 minutes away.

The high speed train to London operates from Folkestone and Eurostar from Ashford.

An hourly bus service operates through our village to Canterbury and Folkestone.

There are lots of places to visit including Port Lympne Wild Animal Park, Dover Castle, The Battle of Britain War Memorial, Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Railway and of course the ancient town of Hythe with it’s Royal Military Canal.

The North Downs Way, The Saxon Shore Way and the Elham Valley Way are all long distance walks that run through our village.

The double room has a king size bed and the private en-suite has a shower.
