Bed and Breakfast accommodation is provided in five tastefully converted barn bedrooms.
All rooms have en-suite shower and W.C. and private access from the courtyard.
The bedrooms all have a hospitality tray with tea and coffee and a colour television is provided. Breakfast is served in an oak-beamed dining room. Local produce is used whenever possible.
There is also a communal laundry room on site with an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.
The village of Holmbury St. Mary lies between the market town of Dorking (6 miles east) and the cathedral city of Guildford (12 miles west) and is 12 miles north of Horsham. All offer full shopping facilities.
It is also easily accessible from the M25, and Gatwick Airport is just 30 minutes drive. Brighton, Chichester and the South Coast are all less than an hour away.
Bulmer Farm is set in the delightful village of Holmbury St. Mary. The village benefits from its characteristic pubs, Victorian cottages and the famous church built in 1879 by G.E. Street, who was more widely known for designing the London Law Courts.
Pubs within walking distance include the King's Head and the Royal Oak, providing good food in an old world atmosphere. The nearest grocery store is in Abinger Hammer and Shere has an Alldays. Dorking has two supermarkets and a full range of other shopping facilities including a weekly Farmer's Market.
Holmbury St. Mary is surrounded by the 'Surrey Hills", a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and breathtaking views. It is, therefore, ideal for cycling, walking, birdwatching and horse riding. Horses and cycles can be accommodated at Bulmer Farm by prior arrangement.
