Owned and run by Kevin & Sally Pearson, Arden is a traditional English family home offering all the usual comforts. Arden is a large detached house with a nice garden, extremely conveniently situated but in a very quiet and attractive suburban location with off street parking.

Woking is a thriving centre for commerce and service industries with very many internationally known businesses having offices based here such as Maclaren Racing. It is also known for the number of its residents who work in London because of the excellence of its rail link to the city - London Waterloo can be reached in 24 minutes - with a very regular service. Woking is the hub of the railway network from London to the Southwest.

It is only 5 miles to Junction 10 & Junction 11 of the M25 and the A3 and M3 are as easily reached. Heathrow & Gatwick Airports are within half an hour's drive. There is a regular direct bus link from Woking Railway Station to Heathrow.

Hampton Court, Windsor Castle, Ascot, Kempton Park, Sandown Park and Epsom race courses are all within half an hour's easy drive
The Royal Horticultural Society Garden at Wisley is only 4 miles away
The town boasts a superb shopping centre with all the usual chain stores and market areas.

Woking also has one of the best cinema multiplexes and double theatre complexes in the country - the main theatre, having the largest stage area of any in the country, is able to, and regularly does, put on the most elaborate of productions often before they start their London runs
Woking is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is an ideal base for exploring the many attractions to be found in Surrey and the surounding counties.

Our Facilities
Four bedrooms comprising :
two with single beds
one with a standard double bed
one with a superior 6 foot (Superking) double bed which can be converted into two full size single beds if required.

Each room has Tea & Coffee making facilities, colour T.V. (with digital set top boxes and over 30 channels) and an alarm clock and hair drier
Traditional English breakfast served or continental if requested
Ironing facilities can be made available.

Two bathrooms (both immediately adjacent to the double rooms) each with baths and showers.

Rates : From £45 per person per night.
From £65 per room per night based on 2 people sharing.
Children are welcome.
