Barnbridge B & B, East Tytherton, Chippenham, Wiltshire

Our house is 200 years old and is in a very peacful setting surrounded by agricultural land and enjoying beautiful views. The Bed & Breakfast accommodation is within a self-contained flat, so guests may come and go independently.

We are an excellent base for exploring Avebury, Bath, Marlborough and Devizes. The shopping malls of the Designer Outlet at Swindon and Cribbs Causeway at Bristol are also nearby.

The Bed and Breakfast accommodation consists of a self-contained flat, which has one twin bedroom and one double bedroom and a single, with a bathroom which is for the sole use of guests. There is another cloakroom with shower downstairs which is also available. All the bedrooms have televisions, and one has its own basin.

The twin bedroom also has a put-u-up bed which is suitable as a bed for a child if necessary.

Barnbridge has its own tennis court and heated swimming pool which is open for about six months of the year. This has a removable dome which ensures the pool is kept warm during the colder months

All the bedrooms have televisions, and downstairs there is a very large lounge with French windows leading out to the patio and garden, where guests may relax when they have had enough sightseeing!

East Tytherton is about 4 miles from Chippenham and 10 minutes from junction 17 of the M4. There are 2 excellent pubs nearby, The Langley Tap at Langley Burrell (4 minutes by car) and the Foxham Inn at Foxham (6 minutes by car). Both serve excellent food at very reasonable prices.

There are a number of interesting sights nearby such as Avebury, Marlborough and Devizes. The fantastic cities of Bath and Bristol are both within easy reach.

Rates : From £27 to £30 per person per night. From £55 to £60 per room per night based on 2 people sharing. From £60 to £75 per family room per night.
