Forest Edge is an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday and a great location for touring the whole of the New Forest region.

Our Bed & Breakfast lies a couple of miles south of the ancient village of Downton, towards the north west of the New Forest National Park.
Downton and our local village of Woodfalls provide a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Fordingbridge (7 miles) and the Cathedral city of Salisbury (12 miles) are just a short drive away.

The bedrooms for Bed and Breakfast guests at Forest Edge are furnished and fitted to the very highest standard with great attention to detail.

All our rooms have remote controlled flat screen TV's, a refreshment tray and hand made soft furnishings.

We offer a delicious full English breakfast and we always try to use local produce. Our sausages are made from free range pork. The dry cured bacon and the sausages are from nearby Fordingbridge. Our eggs are also locally sourced and are free range. Lighter breakfasts are available if required. If you have special dietary needs, do let us know, and we will do our best to oblige!

For evening meals there are several pubs and restaurants nearby that offer good food, varied menus and value for money. We would be very happy to book a table on your behalf.
