The Edwardian Lodge, Salisbury, Wiltshire

The Edwardian Lodge Guest House is a family run business, with the house dating from 1902. It has been completely refurbished and beautifully decorated carefully preserving all original features.
At the back of the property is the main entrance and a large private car park, and alongside a new extension which is owner occupied. Also, there is a spacious conservatory / breakfast room giving good views of the garden.
The Edwardian Lodge is situated on the A345, about 1/2 mile north of the city centre, and market square. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the centre via Castle Street, or alongside the river Avon.
There are eight bedrooms, all with their own en-suite shower/toilet rooms, and all are centrally heated and double glazed.
There is a totally non-smoking policy, which we ask guests to respect.
The accommodation comprises of four double bedded rooms, two twin bedded rooms, one family room which has a double and single bed and a single bedded room. All rooms (which are non-smoking) have a colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities and all have en-suite shower, toilet washrooms; additionally each room is very spacious and has a dressing table and wardrobe. We have 3 rooms on the ground floor.
Prices include bed and breakfast. Breakfast is served in the conservatory, which overlooks the garden at the rear. There is a choice of fruit juices, cereals, yogurts, full english breakfast, vegetarian breakfast and traditional continental breakfast.
Rates : From £38 to £42 per person per night. From £54 to £62 per room per night based on 2 sharing. Family room from £65 to £80 per night.
Children are welcome.
