Penkerris Guest House Bed & Breakfast, St. Agnes, Truro, Cornwall

Penkerris is an enchanting creeper clad Ewardian residence with a lawned garden and ample parking situated right on the edge of this unspoiled Cornish village fields on one side yet shops pubs etc just around the corner. It is a "Home from Home" offering real food. Meals are served in the beautiful dining room. There are comfortable bedrooms with all facilities (3 en suite). The lounge is bright and cosy with a log fire in winter. The lawn is fine for badminton; there are swings for the children and several picnic tables.

Dramatic cliff walks and really beautiful beaches are only ten minutes walk away (1km). The surfing is excellent.

St Agnes is central for touring and is only 8 miles from Truro (bus every hour). Penkerris is very easy to find on the B 3277 road from the big roundabout at Chiverton on the A30. It is just by the village sign.

All rooms have : TV, Radio, Tea and Coffee making facilities, A shaver point and Washbasin.

The three en suite rooms are versatile - double, twin or family (one child).

We let the rooms as singles - with a single room supplement.

There are two bathrooms each with a WC, a huge shower room and a separate toilet.

Room 6 has a kitchenette plus table and chairs, handy for snacks but the room is not let as self-catering accommodation.

Rates : From £20 to £35 per person per night.
Children are welcome.
No smoking. Pets allowed by arrangement.
