Michael and Joanne assure you of a warm welcome at the Arran Lodge Guest House in Torquay.

Arran lodge is open all year. It is centrally heated throughout and offers 6 affordable luxury en-suite bedrooms accommodating up to 13 guests. If you would like to have the sole use of the guest house with friends or family then please phone to check availability. WI-FI is available free of charge. Rooms are equipped with a modern 22" flatscreen digital freeview television. Our generous hospitality trays contain brand named Tea, Coffee, and Hot Chocolate along with luxury biscuits for you to enjoy. They are replenished daily if you are staying for more than 1 night. Bedrooms are also cleaned daily, towels are usually changed every 3 days and bedding is usually changed weekly.

If you would like to arrange something special before your arrival i.e. Flowers, Chocolates, Champagne, or book tickets to see a show etc, just give us a call and we will be more than happy to do this for you.

Arran Lodge is situated only a short level walk from the seafront, English Riviera Conference and Leisure Centre, Princess Theatre, Harbour and Torquay town centre. You can visit the Torquay seafront via Torre Abbey and its beautiful gardens.

If you are arriving by coach or train, a free pick up service is usually available by prior arrangement.

On arrival, after a short check-in, we will welcome you to sit back and relax whilst Jo makes a complimentary fresh pot of tea or coffee or if you prefer a cold soft drink with a sweet treat to help refresh you after your journey.

Check-in is usually after 3.00 pm on day of arrival; however, if you are arriving earlier and your room is ready you are more than welcome to have it. Check-out is before midday on day of departure.

Guests have their own keys to come and go as they please. There is free parking to the front of the house, also there are no parking restrictions on the road. Sorry we do not allow pets. Smoking is prohibited in the guest house; however, there is a seating area outside to the front of the house with ashtrays.

Our dining room has individual tables set in a modern comfortable room. We offer fresh, high quality ingredients and have plenty for you to choose from our hot food menu. The menu allows for smaller or larger appetites and you can order exactly the items you prefer on your cooked breakfast. Vegetarians can also be catered for, just let us know your requirements.

Bedroom 1 - Single en-suite luxury bedroom (allocated on the first floor upstairs).

Bedroom 2 - Spacious double en-suite luxury bedroom which can convert to a family or twin bedded room (allocated on the first floor upstairs).

Bedroom 3 - Spacious double en-suite luxury bedroom which can convert to a family or twin bedded room (allocated on the first floor upstairs).

Bedroom 4 - Single luxury bedroom with its own private shower room next door (allocated on the first floor upstairs).

Bedroom 5 - Single en-suite luxury bedroom (allocated on the first floor upstairs).

Bedroom 6 - Family en-suite luxury bedroom with a double and a single bed. An extra bed or cot can be added (allocated at ground floor level).

Rates : From £25 to £35 per person per night.
Children are welcome. There is a cot available.
