The Lamb Inn at Sandford offers fabulous accommodation, superb food, the best espresso coffee, real ales and quality wine. We are nestled in the heart of Devon, close to both Exeter and Crediton, making us a great base for exploring the area.
Our gorgeous 16th-century former coaching house boasts open fires, low ceilings, comfy sofas, fantastic bedrooms and a function room. It's a typical village pub, always welcoming, always something going on but rarely packed with nowhere to sit.
We have an array of spacious and luxurious bedrooms available, all boasting underfloor heating and king-size orthopaedic beds. Excellent facilities in all the rooms include modern power showers, flat-screen TVs, quality hair-dryers, tea & fresh coffee. You can savour some delicious food while staying with us, created using fresh produce and the finest ingredients. Our menus are reviewed daily, and we use as much local or homegrown produce as possible. From spiced pull pork on three cheese macaroni to falafel burger, we have something for everyone.
Enjoy a drink or two from our well-stocked bar, with local Real Ales, Ciders and Gins available. We also stock Devon-based Luscomb's soft drink range and an extensive wine list to suit all tastes. When the sun is shining, relax with a refreshing drink in the pretty sheltered garden. You can also unwind with a ‘real’ coffee in front of the fire with the day’s papers. All our coffee is ethically sourced and supplied from The Coffee Company.
