The Old Rectory (Bed & Breakfast) Licensed Bar & Tearoom (Open to non Residents) is situated in Brean by Burnham-on-Sea in rural Somerset. We are just 150 yards from golden sandy beaches and overlook the medieval church of St Bridget. We are set in one acre of private walled garden with open country views to the rear.

Many of the rooms at the bed and breakfast are on the ground floor and are very spacious and furnished to a high standard. We have the following room types available:

Single rooms.
Double rooms.
Family rooms - 2 adults & 1 child.
Family rooms - 2 adults & 2 children.
Family rooms - 2 adults & 3 children.

All of the guest rooms have their own en suite facilities, TV’s and beverage trays with tea and coffee.

The Old Rectory is open all the year round for one night stays, weekends and short breaks, and long holidays. We can also cater for people needing temporary accommodation running into months.

At the bed and breakfast we have a tea garden in the afternoon, serving homemade cream teas, light snacks, hot and cold drinks, and various Text taken from thebandbdirectory.co.uk homemade cakes and biscuits. Please note the tearoom and bar is seasonal and open from April to September.

There are many places of interest in Somerset and something for everyone - From the hustle and bustle of a seaside town to the reverential Wells Cathedral. Burnham-on-Sea has its world famous lighthouse on nine stilts or three or five or seven depending where you view it from.

Rates: B&B from £76.50 per night March-October. Room only Nov-Feb from £60 per night.
