On the 18th March ’09 we opened the door (there is only one) to the spanking brand new boutique rooms in the heart of our mill. We have 6 rooms that fill the lower level of the mill all with en-suite bathrooms & their own twist of boutique. They’re all named after metals that could be found in the mill from the late 15th Century, but as we are so close to Gatwick & welcome a wealth of foreign visitors each room is in a different language. Our aim is to make zzz...sleep Boutique a friendly welcoming environment away from those big corporate hotel chains with a bit of style and sophistication put in for good measure. Whether you visit us for work or pleasure you can escape the day to day, relax by the lake, eat great food & enjoy the local area. If your alone our staff will make your welcomed; forget reading a book in a crowded restaurant, join them & our locals for a bit of banter, some interesting conversations (mostly) & importantly a laugh. If your looking for a weekend break, look no further! Within 30 minutes from the pub you could be shopping in Brighton, having a picnic in the Ashdown forest (we can make you the picnic) or walking through the amazing woodland in Sheffield park. Go out for the day and come back for a zzz...snooze in your room before joining us for dinner or a drink by the lake. From the 6 rooms we have a master suite - Mynt, a luxury super king size bed, luxury 5* bedding, 42” plasma TV, en-suite & a fantastic roll top bath. Relax, sipping a chilled glass of champagne in the bath whilst watching the evenings TV as we have thought of every detail! Each room has a twist of boutique, none more so than Aluminija - our black & white room. Again boasting a luxury super king size bed, 42” plasma TV & en-suite, but decorated with black carpet, black lace curtains and a feature wall of black & white swirls. For those that like something different Aluminija is a room for you. All rooms (with the exception of Mynt) are equipped with a giant flowerhead power shower to wash away the rest of the World. They all have double beds, although some are larger than others, but all are covered with luxury 5 Star cotton covers so we have done everything to make sure you have a good nights zzz...sleep. We have no rules, your welcome to come & go as you please. If your looking for a nights escape before flying somewhere exotic, we are the perfect location. Just 15 minutes from Gatwick Airport South and 17 minutes from Gatwick Airport North. As with everything at The Wiremill, our use of boutique to describe our rooms is simply what they are, it doesn’t mean the price tag jumps to a totally unrealistic price. We also don’t take advantage of our guests by doing one rate during the week and lumping 20% onto your bill for weekend stays, its all one price. Rates : From £89 per room per night based on two people sharing. Sorry, no children. No smoking. Sorry, no pets. WiFi access. Off street parking. Dinner available.
