Pen-y-graig canol is a perfect spot for those wishing to walk, mountain bike, para-glide, bird watch etc. There are many opportunities for outdoor activities or seeing the sights as well as enjoying the peace and tranquility of the countryside. Quieter than the Central Beacons or the eastern Black Mountains, Mynydd Du (The Black Mountain) has a different feel to it.
