Glasfryn Guesthouse is situated in the centre of Brechfa Village in the picturesque Cothi Valley. The nearby Brechfa Forest is ideal for mountain bikers, bird watchers and walkers. The market town of Carmarthen, A40, The National Botanic Gardens of Wales and Fishguard Irish Ferry are easy to get to by car.
