Angie and Terry look forward to welcoming you to Bro Aeron, homely accomodation within a stone built house in the village of Llangeitho. The village is in the heart of the Aeron Valley and Bro Aeron, situated in the centre of the village, is full of history, having formerly been a public house, cobblers shop and bank.

All rooms have comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities, radio/alarm clocks and hairdryer. The luxury bathroom includes a Jacuzzi bath and separate spacious shower. The use of a television is available in the breakfast room. We offer a choice of breakfast dishes to suit all tastes including full Welsh breakfast.

The village of Llangeitho is a popular destination for a variety of activities including walking, fishing (coarse, river, lake and trout), cycling, golf (nearest courses 4 miles and 10 miles - Championship course and country club). We can hire out golf clubs if required.

Amenities in the village include a shop, Post Office, public house (visited by Dylan Thomas) including restaurant and beer garden, church and Welsh chapel (site of statue to Daniel Rowland, Welsh Revivalist preacher).

The village of Tregaron (4 miles) has a Red Kite Museum, Welsh Gold Centre, Cors Caron marshes (birdwatching, walking, cycling) leisure centre, bowls club and annual ‘Trotting’ harness racing. From Tregaron there is an access road to the Cambrian mountains.

Blaenpennal - (4 miles) – the village where the popular TV series featuring ‘Sali Mali’ is filmed.

Aberaeron (14 miles) - coastal town picturesque harbour, famous honey icecreams, fishing, walks, Llanerchaeron Estate (National Trust), Craft Centre.

Coastal town Aberystwyth (18 miles) – award-winning beaches, seafishing chartering and sailing, cycle trail, cliff railway, camera obscura and Heritage Coastal Path, Castle (13th century ruins), Vale of Rheidol Narrow Gauge railway to Devil’s Bridge (with dramatic waterfalls and spectacular highland scenery), an abundance of cafes and restaurants, Arts Centre (including cafes, theatre and cinema), National Library of Wales, The Magic of Life Butterfly House (and much much more…)

Lampeter (11 miles –) – Teifi Valley. The Teifi is one of the premier angling rivers of Wales. Food festivals. Agricultural shows. Riverside walks. Cafes.
