Powys Country House, Bonwm, Corwen, Denbighshire

Terry & Toni Edwards purchased Powys Country House in July 2006. Since then it has been extensively modernised and refurbished to provide a five bed roomed Guest Accommodation. Powys Country House offers superb accommodation, in a beautiful setting of 3 acres. We are well situated on the A5 for all the main attractions in North Wales, Llangollen, Betwys-y- coed, Bala Lake. Many Castles, Erddig Hall Roman city of Chester, and much more.

Powys Country House opens from April to November.

We have a lawn Tennis court, for our guests to use. There are three acres of grounds, of which there are lawns and seating areas to sit and relax. Guests can enjoy a stroll down to the River Dee, using an access from our paddock.

There is plenty of off road parking, making an ideal venue for groups such as canoeists, cyclists, motor bikes, ramblers. ETC.

Guest Accommodation provides:

Room 1 King size and a single bed, room for a camp bed.
Room 2 Twin Room
Room 3 Double.
Room 4 King size room for a single or camp bed.
Room 5 Single room for a camp bed

All rooms are en-suite, have Sky free view / video or DVD / tea coffee making facilities / hair dryer / cot available / high chair / Iron & board available on request.

All rooms are very comfortable, decorated and equipped to a very high standard.

Rates : From £30 to £40 per person per night.
