Celyn Villa was built around 1855 and has been the Vicarage (Manse) to the local chapel and the village post office. Its main claim to fame is that the aunt of Emlyn Williams (Welsh dramatist and actor 1905-1987) ran the Post Office here during the 1930ís and it is said that he was a regular visitor.

The 'Celyn Breakfast' is first class and will set up even those with a really good appetite for the day. Lighter options also available and packed lunches can be provided with notice. Both breakfast and evening meals are served with other guests all sharing our large dining table.

Our B&B is centrally placed between Chester and Snowdon overlooking the North Wales Coast. Ideal for mountain and coastal attractions as well as for exploring this lovely part of North Wales. The beautiful Clwydian Hills and Moel Famau form the backdrop to this lovely area that is renowned for walking and country pursuits.
