Family run Bed and Breakfast in the seaside town of Llanfairfechan. Offering two spacious En suite guest rooms, with tea and coffee making facilities and colour T.V.

Full English breakfast or Vegetarian option served in the dining room, from which you can enjoy mountain views and the occasional passing steam train!

Our attractive Victorian Villa was built in the mid 1800s originally owning land all the way to the seafront.

It is within easy reach of the A55, and a short walking distance from railway station and local bus stop.

A stones throw from the beach we are conveniently situated for local bowling green, tennis courts, croquet lawn, model boating lake, café, shops, promenade walk and Lavan sands bird reserve.

We are also fortunate to be surrounded by beautiful mountains with walks to suit all abilities.
