The locality lends itself to gentle walks and quiet relaxation.

The nearby towns of Bethesda and Bangor have good shopping facilities, garage services, restaurants and pubs.

Meals are prepared to please, and where possible organically, home produced eggs, bacon, beef, lamb and vegetables are used. Packed lunches can be provided.
