There are 10 individually styled bedrooms to choose from. All with en-suite facilities. Every bedroom has colour television, hospitality tray, hair dryer and even a cuddly toy to welcome you.

We have three comfortable lounges and the lakeside dining room offers you the very best breakfasts.

Three Wells Bedrooms are very comfortable and have views of their lake or lovely meadows.

Having our own licensed bar, means you don't even have to wander too far at evenings for a quiet tipple, where it's not to far to stumble to bed..!

Wonderful breakfasts are served in our spacious dining room. We can accommodate specialist needs, please mention any requirements such as vegetarian, vegan or allergies so we can cater for them when you stay.

The farm which is ideally suited for walking, sightseeing or touring the Heart of Wales - Elan Valley, Red Kite Feeding Station at Rhayader, Powis Castle, Hergest Croft gardens, Dan yr Ogof caves, Offa's Dyke at Knighton, the small market towns of Kington, Builth Wells, Rhayader, and Hay-on-Wye with its famous book shops.

Rates : £26 per person per night. From £52 per room per night based on 2 people sharing. Single occupancy of a double room will be £35 to £45 per night per person. From £65 per room per night for the family room.
Children are welcome and prices are dependant on age.
