Four Gables is in a peaceful setting down a private lane, yet only 5 minutes’ walk from the bustling Georgian village of Boston Spa with its restaurants, shops and riverside walks. The beautiful gardens, extending over half an acre, include an interesting collection of plants and trees - and a well-tended croquet lawn. Breakfast at Four Gables is a treat. A generous continental breakfast includes fruit from David’s garden (in season) and Anne’s homemade jams, marmalade, lemon curd and tea breads. Cooked breakfasts can be traditional English, using free-range eggs and the best bacon and sausage from the local butcher, or there are gourmet selections such as scrambled eggs with Scottish smoked salmon. Vegetarian options available. Four Gables bed and breakfast accommodation is ideally located in Boston Spa, near Wetherby in West Yorkshire. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay for visits to York, Leeds, the Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire Moors All of the beds have a fluffy down duvet (a lighter duvet is provided during the summer months) and all of the bed linen and towels are Egyptian cotton.
