West Yorkshire is the home to Ilkley Moor - an area of moorland where wildlife can be found in abundance. There are also various prehistoric rock carvings to be found and this area is very popular with walkers and climbers especially. Haworth with its Bronte Parsonage Museum on the edge of the Pennine moors, made famous by the Bronte sisters can also be found here as well as attractions such as the National Museum of Cinema & TV at Bradford, City Art Gallery at Leeds, Yorkshire Sculpture Park at West Bretton, Tropical World at Leeds, Harewood House - home to the Queens cousin and the Colour Museum in Bradford. West Yorkshire is also the famous setting for Emmerdale and there is a wealth of shops and cafes in Leeds.
