Tall John's House offers stunning guest house accommodation in a Georgian manor house in Llangasty. Located in the glorious Llangorse Lake Valley in the Brecon Beacons National Park, we truly are an idyllic destination. We are ideal for a memorable holiday in Powys.
Our glorious guest house boasts spectacular countryside views and guests are welcome to stroll around our beautiful walled garden and green lawns. We are perfect for a romantic getaway or tranquil break away.
Our manor house has three manor rooms which are situated at the front of the property. The room boast views of the Black Mountains across the green and wooded valley. All the rooms are elegantly furnished, spacious and come with large Georgian windows. All the rooms are en suite and one comes with a large walk in power shower. A second bedroom comes with a power shower Text taken from thebandbdirectory.co.uk over the bath and the third bedroom comes with a bath tub and walk in shower. Two of the bedrooms have super king size beds which can be split into twins and the third bedroom comes with a king size bed.
We also have single and double standard rooms (13 bedrooms in total) available. All have their own bathroom. This is perfect for large groups – please enquire for details.
All the room have a range of excellent facilities: fluffy towels, hair dryers, a range of soaps, shampoos, shower gels and free Wi-Fi/internet access.
We serve breakfast in our lovely dining room. We offer homemade granola, muesli, porridge and a full English breakfast. A choice of cereals, toast and croissants accompanied by honey and homemade jams and marmalades are also available. We can help you with lunches, teas, children’s suppers, light 2 course suppers or entertain your guests with a full 3 course dinner with canapés beforehand – please enquire for details.
We also have a table tennis table and a snooker room in the manor house is also available.
