Tean House at Middleton, near Ludlow, is a 4 Star Shropshire Tourism accredited Bed and Breakfast offering you all the comforts you are looking for when staying in a home away from home. It is also accredited as Cyclist and Walker Friendly.
The guest accommodation comprises two double bedded rooms, one with en suite shower bathroom and the other with exclusive use of a private family bathroom. There is a twin bedded room available for a family sharing the private bathroom.
All guest bedrooms have a colour television, DVD player and wireless internet access and there is a private guest lounge with a television available. Hospitality trays are provided in each room with a shared refrigerator on the landing, containing fresh milk and bottled water. For the comfort of all involved, we request that there is no smoking in the house. We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
Breakfast is in the dining room which overlooks the garden and Titterstone Clee. Local produce is used whenever possible to give a wide choice of dishes to meet the individual needs of our guests and ensure that they are set up for the day.
Ludlow is well known for its impressive castle built in 1086. The castle is situated on a hill overlooking the rivers Teme and Corve. It was built as one of a line of castles along the Marches to keep out the Welsh.
Almost 500 listed buildings survive in Ludlow and the original medieval street layout is to this day almost unchanged. To the north of the town, is the imposing St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church and the striking Clee Hills lie east and northeast of the town.
Shropshire is located in central England midway between the city of Birmingham and the Welsh Border.
