Railway Country House offers luxury affordable accommodation on the edge of the bustling town of Gorey which offers a host of pubs, cafe’s, restaurants and fantastic boutique shopping. We are 1.5km from the main street. Railway Country House is set back from the road and once guests come under the railway bridge they are treated to a huge garden, a recently renovated property, with a guest patio, and secure parking.
We are just over 1 hours drive from Dublin Airport. Wicklow is very accessible from our location, meaning its a fantastic base for guests who want to explore the nearby Garden of Ireland the beautiful coastline of the sunny south east. There is horse trekking nearby and a selection of wonderful golf courses. Gorey train station is 2 km from us and there is an hourly bus to Dublin from Gorey main street. We are also minutes by car from Courtown and a host of beautiful sandy beaches.
