Lynton House offers bed and breakfast accommodation in a beautiful position on the Teignmouth seafront in Devon. Located in a peaceful area and only a stone’s throw from the main beach, the shopping centre and the glorious river beach, we are an ideal base from which to explore the local area.
The guest house has 12 en suite guest bedrooms, most of which have beautiful sea or river views.
Our rooms offer comfortable beds, flat-screen digital TVs, tea and coffee making facilities combined to ensure that you feel at home. There is a stairlift to the first floor for guests with mobility problems.
Our spacious dining room at the bed and breakfast is situated on the ground floor and having separate tables, offers a peaceful atmosphere in which to enjoy our tasty home-cooked meals. We serve a hearty breakfast to begin the day. Please advise us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

As with all holidays, the main intention is to get a break from the traditional day to day routine that is maintained for the majority of time for most people. At Lynton House, we are well placed for our guests to visit many different attractions in the area. Being positioned in the south west with a climate temperate enough for palm trees to grow there are plenty of local attractions to keep most people entertained. Occasionally the weather is less accommodating and when this occurs we also have local attractions suitable for wet or windy weather.
