The Mitre Inn offers delightful bed & breakfast accommodation in the quaint village of Sandford Orcas. Our inn is nestled in rolling countryside and only half a mile north of Sherborne. Further afield you can visit lots of attractions in Dorset.
We have 2 bedrooms available, both with en suite shower rooms. Hummingbird Room sleeps 2 in a king-size bed and is on the first level. Bee Room sleeps up to 3 in a twin/super king room with zip and link beds. A further single bed for a child/small adult can be provided. Please mention on booking what you would like the room made as. Facilities include:

We are in a great position for enjoying lots of walks in the area. You can visit the Fleet Air Museum or head to Longleat. Visit Sherborne Castle which dates from the 12th Century or see Wells Cathedral. Attractions to visit include:
