The Cambrian Inn & Restaurant is a family run inn, on the outskirts of New Quay. We are in a quiet part of New Quay, with splendid views of Cardigan Bay. There are several safe sandy beaches within easy walking distance along with many wonderful coastal walks, pony trekking and fishing.
The inn is open to residents and non residents and we serve an a la carte menu as well as a Sunday roast. The bar provides real ales & ciders, plus outside is a garden and patio area.
The bed and breakfast rooms are all en suite and include a TV, tea/coffee making facilities, radio/alarm, hairdryer, trouser press and razor point.
The village of New Quay with its picturesque harbour and safe sandy beach is easily accessible and is only a 15 minute walk from the inn. At low tide it is possible to walk to it across the beach. The bay of Cei Bach (The Little Quay) is very close and can also be reached by a very pleasant walk down the lane opposite the hotel.
For those interested in water activities, sailing and fishing are very popular. During the summer months, canoeing and wind surfing equipment is available to hire from the main beach. One of the major attractions of New Quay is the frequent appearance of the bottle-nosed dolphins, who are often sighted both from the shore and from the seasonal pleasure boats, which operate from the harbour. Grey seals and various breeds of sea birds can also be seen in the area.
